Strides offers both traditional psychotherapy and Equine-assisted Psychotherapy, creating multiple pathways for healing, insight, and growth. Whether we’re working together in the therapy room or alongside horses in a natural setting, the Strides approach is neuroscience-based, relational, trauma-responsive, and attuned to the mind–body connection.

In addition to ongoing therapy, Strides offers Equine-assisted wellness retreats and Brainspotting intensives for clients seeking deeper, more focused healing experiences. These immersive offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and meaningful change—at a pace and depth that honors your unique journey.
